EntertainmentWe like to have fun at The Bird In Hand, and we like our guests to have fun too! So we regularly host events to keep everyone entertained, with live music, dinner dances, Friday night karaoke, and our big summer events - we hold a number of volleyball tournaments, BBQs, and a series of music festivals throughout the summer months. We have plenty of tables for alfresco dining and there's a safe play area for children.

The Bird In Hand is the perfect setting for private events, with seating in our restaurant for up to 70 and plenty of space for a dance floor. Whether you’re planning a party, business function, or wedding reception, we can tailor the space to your tastes, offering catering, a fully licensed bar, and dedicated staff to help make your day truly special. There is also plenty of parking and rooms upstairs in the hotel for your guests to stay over, so you can really make a night of it.
